By applying to, joining, or participating in the Wealth Flow Affiliation affiliate program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or join the Program.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), able to enter into a binding legal agreement, and permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to participate in financial-services affiliate marketing.
Approved affiliates receive unique tracking links to refer clients to our partner brokers. Commissions are calculated according to the tier (CPA, Hybrid, or IB) selected or assigned at enrollment, as described on our Commission page. Commission structures, rates, and thresholds may be updated from time to time; changes will be communicated in advance where practicable.
You may not: engage in spam, misleading advertising, or false earnings claims; use paid search bidding on our trademarked terms without permission; refer yourself or self-generate accounts; violate applicable advertising, financial promotion, or securities laws; or misrepresent your relationship with Wealth Flow Affiliation or our broker partners.
Our name, logo, and marketing materials remain our property. We grant affiliates a limited, revocable license to use approved marketing assets solely for promoting the Program in accordance with these Terms.
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or applicable law. Earned and verified commissions accrued prior to termination will generally be paid out per our standard schedule, subject to fraud review.
The Program and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealth Flow Affiliation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wealth Flow Affiliation is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Placeholder — specify actual jurisdiction before publishing.]
